Trisha Graham is an experienced trial attorney who provides zealous representation for individuals throughout Northwest Florida. Ms. Graham was an Assistant State Attorney in Palm Beach County for seven years. She handled all types of criminal cases ranging from juvenile delinquency to violent gang and gun crimes.

As a prosecutor, she worked closely with law enforcement officers during the investigative and warrant process. Ms. Graham has extensive jury and non-jury trial experience. She has handled cases involving Domestic Violence, Violations of Injunctions, Battery/Assault, Juvenile Delinquency/Dependency, Resisting Arrest, Drug Cases, Firearm Charges, Burglary, Crimes Against Children and Divorce.

Prior to serving her community as a prosecutor, Ms. Graham practiced civil litigation focusing in the areas of government agency liability, civil rights, negligence and workers compensation. She is a founding member of the Okaloosa Florida Association for Women Lawyers.
